Tell me if I'm right or wrong but does this mean that one Chinese company already owns 25.85% of MGX which means that they have to either launch a takeover or sell down to get below 20%.
If no one knows I might crack a bottle of red and try to read the Corporations Act. No guarantees on the quality of my reasearch though. Especially if it takes a long time to find the answer.
