Well, with my mortgage and the struggles of staying within my cash flow, I must be broke too.
But - hang on - I'm not. If I flogged off a house, two cars, cashed in my non-preserved unrestricted super, sold all my shares and paid off my debts I'd probably be able to build a pulp mill ;-)
