The net change on 30 Aug was less than 4 Millions, and it was due to the "Securities Borrowed". About half of the total holdings was due to the exercised borrowing right.
I don't think the instititution will dump the shares on trading resumption.
Maybe the shares were borrowed to cover those short positions that were otherwise naked short.
Just my thoughts. I do not have any interest in GNS.
