    let go and see what is happening to MCC takeover -this week SP trading above the offer price after Peabody tipped to raise orginal bid -Why why???

    In BOW sofar following Fund-Managers (FM) are active in the registry:

    WaterIsland Capital
    Merrill Lynch below
    Deutsche Securities
    Morgan Stanley
    UBS (Last year)


    When I look into MCC takeover and FM activity this BOW T/O too telling me MORE TO COME IN THIS GAME !!!!
