    So this time it is Morgan Stanley, though it is not a straightforward shareholding, is it?

    Seems like some share lending/borrowing going on. Lots of it in fact.

    I don't know what is going on. Who would short the stock 5 cents below the takeover offer and I guess the other question is who is buying it all?

    The next week might be interesting.
