    This morning's announcement regarding Mitsubishi UFJ Financial needs to be read in conjunction with Friday's regarding Morgan Stanley as I'm fairly sure both relate to the same share purchases.

    So now we have two "new" parties each holding about 5% - Water Island with a 5.01% holding and Morgan Stanley with 5.144% holding - not three.

    Anyway how are we necessarily getting screwed if a couple of big bods are a taking a place at the BOW table?
