Mr Wood has more than 18 years experience in the resource sector with both major and junior resource companies and has extensive experience in the technical and economic evaluation of resource projects throughout the world. Mr Wood’s expertise is in project identification, negotiation, acquisition and corporate development. He has a BSc Honours degree in geology from the University of New South Wales, and a graduate certificate in mineral economics from the Western Australian School of Mines.
Mr Wood was previously a director of Iberian Resources Limited, Black Range Minerals Limited, Elk Petroleum Limited, Kasbah Resources Limited, Overland Resources Limited and Bellamel Mining Limited.
He is currently a director of ASX-listed Avanco Resources Limited, Signature Metals Limited, Copper Range Limited, Laguna Resources NL and Voyager Resources Limited. Mr Wood is a member of the AusIMM.
Mr George Lkhagvadorj Tumur
Managing Director
Mr Tumur is a Mongolian citizen and has an MSc in Mining Engineering and BSc in Metallurgical Engineering from Colorado School of Mines, as well as a Technical degree in Mineral Processing from a Ukrainian Industrial Technical School. He has worked in senior management positions for various Mongolian mining companies, and most notably, recently managed the development of a large coking coal deposit with over 400 million tons of reserves. This mine is currently exporting over two million tons per year to China. Mr Tumur has an intricate understanding of the mining and legal landscape in Mongolia and has been one of the leaders in introducing western contract mining and mineral processing technologies into the Mongolian mining industry. Mr Tumur is a director of ASX listed Voyager Resources Limited.

Tim Flavel is a Chartered Accountant and Company Secretary, with more than 20 years experience in the mining industry and accounting profession both in Australia and overseas. Mr Flavel currently assists a number of resources companies operating throughout Australia and overseas with corporate advice, financial accounting, stock exchange compliance and regulatory activities.
Mr Flavel was previously company secretary of Elk Petroleum Limited, Overland Resources Limited and Bellamel Mining Limited.

Mr Daniel Crennan

Daniel Crennan is a barrister who practices primarily in Melbourne and Perth. Mr Crennan’s areas of expertise include Corporations Law, Commercial Law, Trade Practices and Intellectual Property. Mr Crennan has studied aspects of International Law at Leiden University, the Netherlands and has worked in London and the Hague. Mr Crennan has made submissions to the Joint Standing Committee on Treaties on behalf of the Law Council of Australia. In addition to his legal studies, Mr Crennan has completed tertiary studies in Earth Science, Chemistry, Mathematics and Engineering.

He is currently a Director of Lindian Resources Limited and Company Secretary of Haranga Resources Limited and has been providing assurance and transaction advisory services across the international resources community within established and emerging markets for over 10 years with a particular focus on mining companies looking to list on the London, Australian or Hong Kong Stock Exchanges.
Dr Batjargal Tsog

Dr Tsog has over 10 years experience in the energy and power sector. Dr Tsog has a PhD in Technical Science from the Mongolian University of Science and Technology and an MBA from the Asian Institute of Technology in Thailand. Dr Tsog has been employed in senior management roles by Mongolian branches of World Bank / UNDP and the AES. He has been actively involved in the development of infrastructure and energy projects in Mongolia as well as coordinating government and industrial relations. Dr. Tsog was involved in development of Energy Resources UHG Tavan Tolgoi Coking Coal Project with a focus on integrated power and infrastructure support to this large coking coal operation.
Mr Chinbat Duger
General Manager Operations
Mr Duger has been appointed General Manager Operations of Hunnu Coal. Mr Duger has over 16 years experience in the mining industry, particularly in the coal mining sector and has a MSc in Mining Technology from the Mongolian University of Science and Technology and a Masters in Public Management from the Mongolian Academy of Management. Mr Duger worked his way from shift supervisor to the general manager of technical service department at Baganuur Joint Stock Company, which owns and operates the largest coal mine in Mongolia, producing four million tons of coal per year. Mr Duger was the General Manager for Mining and Geology at Mongolian Mining Corporation who own the UHG coking coal mine in the South Gobi Province. Mr Duger was part of the team that completed the technical and economic feasibility study at UHG and played a significant role in construction and commencement of the mine and production two million tons of raw coking coal in 2009.
Mr Gansukh Turmunkh

Mr Turmunkh has over 10 years experience in the transportation sector in Mongolia, has a Masters in Public Management from the Mongolian Academy of Management and he has a degree in auto-mechanical engineering from the University of Roadway and Transportation in Moscow, Russia. Mr Turmunkh was previously the Head of the Transportation Department of the Government Agency for Transportation in Mongolia. During his tenure in the Government he also served as a Secretary of the Intergovernmental Working Committee for Road Transportation of Mongolia and the Russian Federation and the Inter-governmental Committee for Border Area Cooperation.

Mr Baasanjav has a Bachelor`s degree in Fossil Fuel Geology from the Mongolian National University. He has over five years experience in the Mongolian mining industry, particularly in the coal sector. He previously worked as a Geologist for Sapphire Geo LLC up until joining Hunnu Coal was at Norwest LLC.
Mr Batunen Badarch
Geologist in charge of coal projects in the South Gobi Province
Mr Badarch has a Bachelor degree in Geology from the National University of Mongolia. During the last nine years Mr Badarch was employed as a geologist for various companies including Ivanhoe Mines Mongolia Inc, Asia Gold Mongolia LLC, Vale and Western Prospector working on mostly coal and copper reconnaissance programs in eastern and southern Mongolia. During his employment as the Senior Geologist at SG Group LLC, a local company in Mongolia, Mr Badarch was part of the team that discovered the Alag-Undur anthracite coal deposit in Mongolia.
Mr Ulziikhutag Lhagva

Mr Lhagva has a Bachelor`s degree in Geology from the National University of Mongolia and has over ten years experience from grassroots exploration through to large scale mine developments. Mr Lhagva has previously held senior exploration positions with Vale, Cameco and Baganuur Joint Venture.
