    this is great news to see Mr Bowman on the books , im pretty sure he has fabricated a few gold mills in his life time .correct me if im wrong

    he might be able to build this mill on a cost plus 5-10%.

    mmmmmm why do they need that 25-35 million then?? ,would anyone like to speculate.....i have no idea
