it's mr and mrs cuffe teddy, that's who've joined our club.
bit taken from 'business with the wall st jnl' aug 11 2008 .. below.
but 'fore you read on we now have thro INE (sr ron and geoff wilson) on board, along with mr cuffe who believe it or not worked with challenger - part of the the same backers behind ayt who want to delist it.
very interesting eh ted ?
like boarding the titanic knowing the inside story of the lifeboat immediately behind to help out.
buying in big is not the sort of thing experienced people do just before a delisting. new vehicle on it's way so it seems imo and good drivers at the ready.
be good,
40.

CHRIS Cuffe does not work on Mondays. Instead, you will find the former high-flying chief executive of Colonial First State Investments and Packer-backed Challenger Financial Services Group riding his nippy 250cc, three-wheeled Piaggio MP3 scooter around Sydney's northern leafy suburb of Lindfield.
Financially secure with more than $33 million in the bank, which he says he earned in accumulated bonuses from CFS when he left in 2003, Cuffe and his wife, Natasha, can easily afford to work a four-day week.
But why would a man with $33 million in the bank work any day of the week?
For Cuffe, the turning point came when he listened to a speech by the chief executive of a charitable organisation.
"I was so moved," he says. "This guy was talking about something that really seemed to matter. I thought how proud he must feel whenever he described to others what he did. If I did something similar, I could see it being a move from 'success to significance'. It would tick the boxes I had set for myself."
