Well it is probably right that it is not a play for tax benefits, rather they just think the Nta is conservative and today's announcement is a good sign that is indeed the case. Brierley and Wilson are experts at these Nta plays so glad I followed them in. Chris cuffe has been on boards of companies with Wilson before so assume they coming from the same angle/motives with his purchase.
