the current board are a joke. all it will take is one substantial holder to demand a seat at the table (he will be entitled to it anyway?) ad the little golden boys clubwill be over. they won't be able to 'conspire' with an 'enemy' in the room. ;)
i would still love for asic to investigate these guys .. how long can you get away with mothballing shareholders and using a public company to play with at your leisure?
it's now been over 5 years since we were given the brazil, galloway, turner rubbish story. then, MG had the nerve to ask my bro in law howe many shares he owned ... trying to suss him out. lol
