The possibilities:
Do Centaurus have a connection with LG - dont know, does not appear to be so
Centaurus want to exchange SBL shares for
LG - unless they expect LG to rise very unlikely
Risking LG getting 90% and delisting SBL - becoming unlikely
Possibly part of an alternate offer - not enough info and dont see any history from Centaurus
See value in SBL - to invest 5% in a company, must be in their opinion
These guys are expecvting a return on their investment and I think this has massive implications that are not apparent to us mushrooms yet.
Anyone else see further possibilities ?
