    Someone is short selling 80,000 shares out of 1.8 billion on offer. This is a total non-event, beer money & bus fares.
    For this guy to make any money at all, the FIRB has to reject the offer. Can't see it. Nothing special, strategic or unique about FMS. The FIRB doesn't reject offers just because the management should have got a better deal for shareholders...mores the pity.
