Looks liek UBS has joined Citi as a substantial holder with 5% plus of FMS now.

There is some mention of stock loaning in the form, looks like UBS has been loaning out stock for the purposes of allowing clients to short the stock, to the tune of about 10 million units.

Indicates the stock sold short has risen by about ten million in the last couple of weeks, from approx 22 mil to 32 mil
