Yep there is a lot of negativity about LaJolla and understandably as some companies are sitting with a very low market cap and high No. shares on issue because of them. The crucial thing, if BNE do have to issue another note, is that a fairly consistent flow of news is released so that Lajolla selling is absorbed. Patents, phase ii and iii trials, etc will help this! Yes more shares on the register is good for liquidity and the stock has a decent depth now.
This is a screenshot I took from the first price spike back in the 3rd week of Jan:
The depth shows it was hard to buy any decent holding, and there was no decent support level. Looks quite different now.
