Is their any point having a company with 1share? Even if that share is worth $1mil ? No becasue only one person can buy that share.

Thats how BNE was just a few minths ago. Day after day, no trades, no sp movement. No stock for sale and therefor no buyers or sp movement.

The problem was their were no free shares available to trade on market. Because directors and Proxima held most the shares and they aren't sellers.

Now its no coincidence that La Jolla are making shares available and the HC post counts are increasing, interest is increasing, liquidity and sp are increasing. Without La Jolla this wouldn't have happened. Not to mention the 'going concern' query of the asx. Simply BNE need La Jolla. They'd be insolvent without them.

You're right. But companies also need funds. BNE only have the goods if they can develop the patents further. Nobody likes dilution but in some unique circumstances it is helpful. At a minimum its a necisary evil. Company can always buy them back later or consolidate if the number of shares on issue is a huge concern to you?
