I agree. La Jolla is very important to this company. Without them their is no liquidity. 10% of the shares on issue is excellent for liquidity as they start selling from ST holders to LT holders.
It's looking like some of the debt can be repaid soon. Then the directors can convert the remaining 30% into shares. Then La Jolla will be gone and a traditional rights issue can take place.
All the research and clinical trial are falling into place. Next is getting the funding ducks to line up. Their will be huge dilution but its a means to an end. And with so few shares on issue, it wont hurt.
The pullback has been much slower than last time.
