I agree with you Jonesw seems worth the punt IMHO. Well summarized. I have done this trade with the same sort of thinking just as a cheap entry to SLR. The extended due dilligence you referred to has coincided with the weakness in PRH price of late. So maybe that is the risk, but as you say probabilities of things falling through and there is no better offer seems to be implied much higher than I think they are.
