I am not great at following corporate ownership webs. But am I right in saying capricorn is a wholey owned subsidiary of mastemyne (mye)?
If I am them taking a major stake in drg seems pretty significant I would have thought. Takeover? or at least an industry player (coal mining services company) liking what they have seen or heard?
