It appears that the FreeFire (FF) investor in GOA is a member of a very substantial group with major business activities in the Far East. FF seems to be enthusiastic about GOA's future which would be perhaps courageous if FF had only the operational and financial information to use in its investment decision that the general shareholder group has available to it.

That is, no current operational info and no knowledge of the application of the Bergen funds.

It seems inconceivable that FF would not pursue the receipt of the up-to-date operational and financial information before it made it's decision and equally inconceivable that GOA would refuse the request on a confidential basis.

FF is now the cornerstone shareholder and knowledge about current operational matters and cash-flow matters can no longer be confidential to a particular shareholder, however valuable or welcome FF may be.
