On the surface this announcement looks good, but was just thinking they only have 5.1% of the shares on issue and I believe 5% warrants a substantial holder notice. They have 30M shares or thereabouts, so if they sell just over 0.1% of the share register (>30,000 shares), they will cease to be a substantial holder and a "ceasing to be substantial holder" notice will be issued, everyone will get spooked and SAR goes back to where it started (in what appears to be an accumulation range). Bought yesterday at 39.5c (at the close) coz the chart looked good (breaking downtrend line and all). But sitting back today thinking it might not've been the smartest (or timeliest) move. See what Monday brings, live and learn either way. Strong base at 37.5c/38c in terms of cumulative volume. The sell queues were stacked from 41c to 42c all day and would like to think they're just leaving a run for a more positive day / not prepared to push through all those sellers to get to a price where they wanna offload. Hopefully a good night overseas and SAR just gaps over all the sellers immediately above.
