no, Phil resigned in December, so I spose he is allowed to sell his remaining shares just like anyone else? But the mkt is still pricing in that some sort of premium will be required to relieve the rest of us of our shares. Holdrey are clearly a v long way from getting the shares on market they want, and we haven't even had direction from the board...when we do, we might finally find out what we REALLY are worth. The point by Holdrey that another CR is going to be needed for us to be able to do anything at all is probably valid, unless CMX really did put the levers on Packers Plus to pay for the reconditioning of Socrates and we were free carried in that deal....but there has just been no information at all on this given out, so I presume its not happening. My bet is that Holdrey in fact would like to sell our acres off to Shell and they reckon they can do it at a profit to taking us over. I agree with others who have stated that Brazil is basically dead and gone, alhtough we must still be getting some production from Harpia? and this is about the USA.
