He may have resigned in December but something like this would have taken a while before that to nut out. Maybe he got out in December to allow enough time for us to hopefully forget how much he did for shareholders before this deal was announced.

This stinks big time and adds yet another level of distrust between shareholders, old and new management, if you ask me.
