If you look at the trading volumne over the last ten days, it looks like they are the only one doing some serious buying (59 million shares). My question is what is going to happen once they have filled their quota.
Polly, I agree. If BUL can prove up something,anything.... the SP will shoot up. And if musch further down the road it prove to be a commercially viable find, I'll be a very happy man.
