It is quite predictable but not necessarily inaccurate that Macquarie have arranged the CM stake to be split amongst various institutional shareholders at $3.90 a share while at the same time placing a $4.50 price target on BCI. They could rightfully be bullish I think.
More broadly, it seems to me that this recent action is merely a jostling for position in the stock at a reasonable price prior to BCI being included in the ASX200. Portfolio weightings will require these instos to hold BCI if it does make this index so no point in buying after the horse has bolted!
