Mr. David Hannon, B.Ec., B.Sc., FFin serves as the Chairman of the Board at Atlas Iron Ltd. Mr. Hannon commenced his commercial career as a stockbroker in 1985 working with several firms including Jackson Securities and BT Securities, later became a joint partner of a private investment bank specialising in venture capital with a focus on the mining sector. Since 2001, Mr. Hannon served as a Director of PSG Afro Pacific Ltd., a subsidiary of a listed South African Bank which further concentrated on the mining sector. Since leaving PSGAPL, Mr. Hannon has operated a private investment bank Chifley Investor Group Pty Ltd. Mr. Hannon served as Interim Chairman of Atlas Iron since August 2011. He has been a Director of Atlas Iron Ltd. since August 6, 2004.
