Like you, I am a small retail investor and I have been angered by the recent moves of these institutions.
Seems like all the "watchdog" does is "watch".
In this instance, when they acted, they hit Acrux with the questions and asked them to explain, rather than the institutions that created the mess.
For now, I am sitting on Acrux, as I believe the concerns relating to testosterone replacement therapy and heart disease are significantly over exaggerated and will not impact the sales figure as significantly as some suggest.
