'Is there a takeover offer looming??'

Who pushed the sp down? We can never know. But lesson for me is whenever / whereever I see Bergen I'll run. What I'm confused about is I thought they already got rid of Bergen last year - terminated the deal with them, so I don't know why / how they still have debt to convert into equity.
