Ellerston Capital has made a significant investment in risk management and operational infrastructure to support its activities. Ellerston Capital today employs investment professionals and operations personnel supported by front-to-back end portfolio management systems and technology platforms. The operation personnel include a middle-office team that provides daily performance and risk reports to the Chief Investment Officer and Senior Management.

Ellerston Capital has a Compliance Committee comprising a majority of independent members. The Compliance Committee monitors all compliance-related aspects of the Ellerston Australian Funds. Ellerston Capital's board is responsible for reviewing Fund Financial Statements, ensuring independence of auditors and monitoring operational, legal and compliance risk.
