What pops up! Low turnover, concentrated positions, average (AVERAGE!) holding is 5 years.
Furthermore Jane Siebel is a women. Usually female with regard to investments tend to take more rational decision then male fund manager.
These are no clowns but serious investors with a long term view.
With other words: In their view BTR on these level seems to have an intersting risk/reward ratio. I am of the same opinion.
