Sengrien could lob a bid though which might force a sweetener out of LB.

Best way forward is to accept LB's offer in writing and hope for a sweetener. Selling on market will not give you access to sweetener if there is one. In the end LB wins this battle anyway. Worth waiting 3-4 weeks and not incurring brokerage for the chance of a sweetener imo.
