Now that the placement shares for the aquisition have gone through at the VWAP of 91.5 cents, we can maybe get a wiggle on and get the price moving. It would be nice to see the overall market conditions change to instill some interest though.
Shares escrowed at 50% for 12 months and the remaining 50% for 24 months, so they wont be coming into the market for quite some time. Definately a plus.
