REA announced today a further increase in their investment in IPP so not sure they are looking at OTH at present while Domain might still be bedding down allhomes.
The key for OTH is now to appoint a CEO that can talk to market and drive the value of the business through strong marketing and awareness raising.
Sounds like the CEO change leaves a few doors open for the board to resolve. Hopefully this will not drag on too long as it will be a distraction to driving value.
