Anyone able to pull up anything about the EVO Investment Advisors group?

They seem to be a Hong Kong originating group however this is some concerning information about them:

Looks like these guys could be running a boiler room like setup... It depends on which stage of the process we are in at but considering they have only recently issued the 5% holding they are in the process of accumulating. Any thoughts?
