Given that Cogstate has just got some very tidy "free advertising" in front of the US Senate in Washington itself..... one can only agree that Dr Finkel saw the time was right to up his stake in CGS. Might well be a few bods itching to get in soon.... so why wait hey.....
Will be interesting to see if Brad can keep the momentum going. Looks very much like he is gaining control of the direction of the CGS ship.... and the price at which the placement was done.
The last placement was done at a discount to 20 day VWAP..... this time... things are much different.... pretty much at recent prices... and a small premium to the yesterdays fiddle.
Very nice turn of events.... fair to all concerned.
