Thankful to have succession planning, the acting CEO will help guide TPI through this difficult period. If he can do the job, there is no reason to look for a replacement for the previous CEO .A new CEO will also have to understand local laws and regulations and the local conditions. If the board and management remain focus on their job at TPI, the company will move ahead, otherwise TPI will another wasted year. I suggest management gives this ago.
