Well after this round, he picked up another 4m shares for 8c off market in Feb this year - then has sold everything off market for 7.5c a share just three weeks later with a change notice lodged some 3 months after the fact...
The question now is.. who to, will find out soon with a new or change of sub holder notice.
So looks like it may not have been anything linked to the acquisition - or he didn't like whatever was going on?
Well after this round, he picked up another 4m shares for 8c off...
