hmm yup. could be good money after bad, or maybe they wanted to lower there average price a bit. The next 2 months will be very interesting to see what the loan note holders demand from them and what there actually prepared to give.
Personally not a good time to be an ordinary shareholder that's for sure, somehow the board have got us at the mercy of others.
That buyback limit looks to have taken a big hit today, once there is less than 5M left on things might start to get scary.
