Well that shoots down my theory about staying below 5% to avoid disclosure.
It does tell us that DF were prepared to pay 0.49 for their largest purchase, and 0.34 for their recent one.
For a controlling stake, you'd expect they would happy to pay at least 0.70..although the company is worth more than 1.00 in my opinion.
