I dont think anyone has got shares for under 1c (except Chapmans). my guess is that's a weed investor at his break even point. ill even guess that he has taken up the entitlement and is going to free ride the rest of his shares for a massive long term profit. unfortunately I didn't have the balls to do that myself.
