Mantle Mining Corporation Limited (ASX: MNM) (the "Company") is pleased to advise that it has issued ordinary fully paid shares in the capital of the Company and options to acquire fully paid ordinary shares in the capital of the Company ("Securities") as per the attached Appendix 3B.
The Company issued 20,000,000 fully paid ordinary shares and 10,000,000 MNMOB Options (1.8c, 30 June 2016) to raise $220,000 before costs. The Securities were issued to an existing shareholder and long term supporter of the Company pursuant to the Shortfall Offer under the Rights Issue Prospectus dated 4 February 2015.
