    Market Cap is frozen at $77.2M at 8.3c/share which makes a total of 930, 120, 482 shares on issue.

    The announcement says that they own 99, 616, 746 which is exactly 10.71% as listed in the doc. So this is definitely old news.... No dilution until we get notified of the VA outcome...
