Why does Pioneer care about lodging ASX notices if the shares are worthless and in VA?

Why have they engaged large Sydney solicitors to lodge this? Why didn't they lodge this in August 2014?

If the ASX are now looking into all of these wolves and finding breaches of reporting this means the ASX & ASIC are coming to the shareholders rescue OR it means the shares will relist or have a large value as who cares how many shares Pioneer has if its insolvent. Maybe an internal bookbuild for CN assignments underway with fresh capital, equity & debt. But why have BNYM act for Pioneer then?

So this means MBN is NOT insolvent, Pioneer is correcting their non disclosure, the ASX is investigating all of this non disclosure looks like, another wolf has suited up with solicitors and declared their holdings over 5% albeit it late and ASX requirements are being reviewed by the wolves solicitors as they are in breach on multiple counts.

Becoming a substantial shareholder means they normally purchased shares on market but the DOCA gave them these shares in exchange for debt. If the VA outlined the wolves ASX breaches that means he has likely pointed out to them other breaches such as nondisclosure also. Best to settle up & relist before everyone suits up. Those New York fireman will go on riot if they are told their super was all lost in a brasil nickel mine.

Also Q3 report (crucial), HJ2 report, VA recommendations & new conf call notice & sub holder notices since just before the TH haven't been issued..very puzzling. Pioneer thinks their 10% has value.

This is positive. The shares have value worthy enough of complying with ASX regulations!

NP up again to 4.71, BRL steady at 3.94 (well below Q2 of 3.07), maybe they wait for the NP move as COP & BRL are all sorted.
