Chairman Paul Boyatzis acquiring another 9 million shares as part of RI, with new substantial holder Jane Boyatzis holding 6% of the company.
Mr Boytzis is also chairman of TSI India (TSN) - a fintech company MC over $30 million
MD Peter Schwann also tipped in more money, now holding over 8 million shares
Interesting that from the annual report 2015 - no 2 and no 3 holder links to Peter Ironside - the man part of IGR / SLE merger and current non-exec director of ZAM (which is also cashed up and looking for acquisitions)
