Don't think there is much chance of a takeover unless Amalisa votes for it, and I can't see that happening.
I think they'll concentrate on bedding Ofpay in over the next year and then have another crack at listing on the NASDAQ or similar.
It's going to be a slow grind, and those escrowed shares are always a deterrent, USA exchanges do not like this structure. NNW have put a few blockades in their own path. Eventually it may also list in Hong Kong, but who knows.
These companies also do not like paying dividends when in profit, so they don't help themselves.
It's going to take something extraordinary out of left field to see this thing rise substantially, the brokers don't like it either, if you read the press.
Will just hang in and see what happens, but it's probably a small buy at these low prices.
