Yes it looks like they were accumulating since late December.
I reckon now that Regal have their shares the games may end temporarily.
These prices could be the bottom based on the chart.
The share price has come down to a previous level of resistance.
RSI on the daily chart is also at a previous RSI low.
There is decreasing volume during this retrace which indicates that this thing may turn over the next few days.
