If that is the case how come Shortman has a zero disclosed short position on PGC.
Also if the clients shorted it and they borrowed stock they would not , in a net position , be a substantial holder - as I understand it often they are positioning themselves to do it as a trade for themselves not only clients.
I need to understand this any help out there who can explain the mechanics?
