So what you are saying is that the two funds mentioned are in fact the shorters and that Cs are lending the stock that they have borrowed from other sources...
Thanks for that - it still does not explain why CS or the funds do not comply and disclose the short trade. However I think that is the case with many of the overseas players they just ignore the requirement.
