    Do not quite agree with that... 2.5% gross is historically high, even tho it sounds low for % of Market Cap.
    Look at the Shorts as daily %, 23 Feb unaggragated showed as 32% of the daily vol... thats alot of bot sales and bot vol, as shown in screen capture by another poster.

    Its ugly, but the Subst holder notices should tell you that this is all about. HOLD tight.
