    this looks like an attempt an greenmailing. If Maven buy >10% APA will not be able to mop up the minority holders, meaning EPX will remain listed which is a pain in the a55 for APA. Maven will then offer up their stake at a premium to allow full takeover. A very risky strategy where the timeframe could be undefined.
